Introducing our collaborative artists who creatively provide inspiration for the festival

Paul Ingram

Pictures and words, mostly rooted in the local landscape, the people and wildlife. Lifelong engagement with music and the musicians who create it has led to this local creative collaboration with the Festival and with Ayriel Classical. We aim to join strong photographic imagery with the music and the spirit of the land itself, to make something new and, we hope, inspiring.

Carol Tyler

Each year the festival commissions a painting to depict our churches in context to the landscape, beautifully presented by artist Carol Tyler over the past eight years and featuring on the covers of the brochures (see Past Festivals). As we are now drawing to the end of these venue portraits, we are now moving over to photography in order to focus on the natural landscape around us.
